A National Workshop on Cyber Security is being organised by
Niti Aayog on December 18-19, 2017, at Kothari Auditorium, DRDO Bhawan, New
Delhi. As a part of this workshop a National Level Capture-The-Flag (CTF)
competition is being held. CTFis a special kind of information security
competition in which information security experts and students who are
interested in cyber security will take part to find the flag by solving the
given challenges. These challenges will test the information Security and Cyber
Security based skills of the competitors.
ABOUT THE CHALLENGE
The preliminary round
consists of challenges (online) covering various topics such as

Steganography
·
Forensic
·
Web
·
Crypto
·
Binary exploitation
Final rounds will be conducted offline.
ELIGIBLITY CRITERIA
·
Should be a citizen
of India
·
Candidates can
participate either as an individual or as a team of atleast 2 members including
Team Leader
·
No age limits

credential and access the challenges

Submit the flag to
get points
·
Selected teams will
be announced via email
IMPORTANT DATES

Online preliminary
rounds will be conducted from December 14th to 15th, 2017
·
Finals will be on
December 17th, 2017 at IIT Delhi
·
Prizes for the
winners will be distributed on December 19th, 2017 evening at the Valedictory
function of the Cyber Security Workshop organized by Niti Aayog.

3rd prize Rs.10,000
NOTE:
·
All prizes will be in
Indian rupees.
·
All Finalists will
get a free registration to attend the Cyber Security workshop organized by
Niti-Aayog on December 18th-19th 2017 at New Delhi.

Any attack on the
challenge server is prohibited and if found the team will be disqualified.
·
Participants shall
provide correct and truthful information in registration and team creation.
·
Participants shall
keep their contact information accurate and up-to-date.
·
Any kind of
malpractices are prohibited and if found then the team will be disqualified.
·
Write-ups are not
allowed till the contest ends.
·
Public disclosure of
flag is prohibited.
·
Jury has all the
rights reserved. In case of any conflict, decision of the Jury shall be final.
